Yeah Genos kind of takes this easily. I didn't think Will would have much of a chance, but I couldn't find anyone else for this ranking. That I have knowledge on.

Will mostly fight by body slamming the enemies and ragdolling them around. However, getting close to Genos isn't a good idea since it would be easier for him to blast Will to bits.
