Record of Ragnarok speed Downgrade

In the Apollo vs Laonidas fight we are shown that the audience and Leonidas cannot see Apollo's arrows. This is proof that the audience and Leonidas do not have reaction speed at the speed of light. While the audience can still see fights like Lu Bu vs Thor, it would be unreasonable if the audience could see the Lu Bu vs Thor fight at ftl speed but couldn't see Apollo's arrow which was only light speed.

However, Leonidas was able to deflect Apollo's arrow but from a long distance (aim dodging) which means he has a speed lower than the speed of light (Relativistic+).

From this we can conclude that:
1. Ftl Record of Ragnarok cannot be scaled to all characters
2. Leonidas & Apollo have Relativistic+ physical speed.

For other characters, it might be Relativistic+ or Mhs+ scaling from Nikola Tesla.
