Dante does not have anything that can put Reaper down. Reaper should be able to take this in both rounds due to his regen.

Dante has far better mobility and more options. Ebony and Ivory outrange the Hellfire Shotguns and even his own shotgun (Revenant) should be able to match them. Both rounds belong to him.

I say Reaper, both rounds, thanks to being smarter and having the stats to keep up, even with Time Manipulation.

Anyways, I say Reaper due to better skills and stats. Dante from DmC doesn't show to be able to defeat Reaper, especially if we take Death Blossom and his Regenerationn into consideration.
