If to the death, it's potentially inconclusive, since we don't know exactly how Reaper's body works. But since he has to remain tangible to attack and can take enough damage for his physical form to dematerialize, I'd say 096 would win via incapacitation. Regardless of whether or not 096 can kill Reaper or not, Reaper still can't really kill 096 before taking too much damage.

We must acknowledge; Reaper also has immortality too, is it higher?

It's likely the same as 096's, types 1 and 3. But whereas 096 has a general healing factor, Reaper's is mostly out-of-combat.
