The white-haired dude somehow managed to blitz dowan immediately after using boosters. So, I don't know if it can be scaled to boosters or if there’s another way to calc this

Dowan was using falcon drop when he got blitzed. While boosters is active he can't use other skills so the white hair guy just blitzed base dowan. He should be higher than Dowan but not boosters.

I think here's how the scaling chain goes(probably, correct me if I'm wrong).

Speed:
Kang Se-Hoon < Dowan(pre-training) < Jung Seok-Yung(pre-training) << Jihan < Se-Hee < Dowan(post-training) <= Jihan(Mind Control) <= Jung Seok-Yung(post-training) < Sword guy < Eun-Sung < Dowan(Boosters)

AP:
Kang Se-Hoon < Dowan(pre-training) < Jung Seok-Yung(pre-training) << Critical Hit(pre-training) << Jihan < Se-Hee < Dowan(post-training) <= Jihan(Mind Control) <= Jung Seok-Yung(post-training) < Charge Shot(Max Charge) < Eun-Sung < Critical Hit(Post Training)
