Takes place in the Outback Map. No obj Boitz needs to get too or anything the fight is just gone be here. Blitz starts outside while Clash is inside

Tough call but in the end I'd vote Blitz. Blitz is more likely to attempt aggressive tactics and frankly can blind his enemies, which is a bit better than the stun in my eyes.

Does Clash's electricity bypass Blitz's shield? Honestly can't remember

Neither do I, it's been ages since I played (I "retired" from the game, just done with it). I would assume not, since IIRC it didn't pierce Monty's shield.

IIRC it does slow Blitz down, but flashing is more effective in a 1v1 anyway. Plus Clash can be rushed

Slow, yeah, but not like damage (which I guess is mostly a side effect)

Clash's electricity can bypass Blitz's shield tho.

But Blitz can counter this trick by throwing smoke granade and uses his flash to blind Clash.

Then, Blitz would win this match easily
