Killer B no longer has the "High", only a 7-A and a 7-C key before his Tier 6 one.
However, his At Least 7-C scales from being far stronger than a 43 kton feat. Meruem seems to be baseline, so they should be about equal. Put it as the "Killer B at At Least 7-C, High 7-C Meruem" or something with the same meaning as that and it'll be valid.
This is an interesting match-up, given Killer B's extreme versatility. However, it would seem to me like Meruem's clairvoyance and insanely high (Extraordinary Genius, capable of punishing tiny misprecisions which aren't even biases or predicting them to guide an opponent towards becoming vulnerable to attack) intelligence/pattern analysis should counter all he has. I vote for Meruem, low or mid-diff.
