Don't forget that Raiden can basically one shot Yujiro with HF Blade and has stat amps to blitz him (Sub-Rel)

No doubt that Yujiro is significantly more skilled, but Jack is one hell of a swordsman with massive experience and fighting skill.

Would 0.5 Second work on Jack? He's a cyborg, after all.

Also he tanked Armstrong's 7-C attacks with no injuries and his stamina is absolutely ridiculous

Honestly, I'm not sure, but it wouldn't last long enough for 2 hits. It's usually been seen as 0.5, 1 hit, 0.5, 1 hit, etc when it's been spammed. Never 2 hits in 1 0.5

Hell it's sounding more like Instinctive Reaction than actual precognition due to "Sensing". Nothing like the whole "The other person can't do shit in that 0.5 second" while the other person wails on him

It's literally Person A intercepting Person B mid way through the attack.

Hell this might just be a freaking intelligence or skill feat instead of this haxxy thing everyone's claiming.

This is Analytical Prediction taken higher (Precog would be pushing it). You just attack or move faster than the enemy.

There is nothing haxxy about 0.5

From the way you worded it on the 0.5 discussion page, it really feels like Baki just took him by surprise with that pragmatism and surprise. The moment you try to predict what the enemy can do, I don't have any hesitation saying they can handle the 0.5

It definitely wasn't just surprise, as it was implied by Yujiro that Baki could use the move as often as he wanted, and that Yujiro could only beat it by outspeeding it, not reacting
