For obvious reasons, I'll be referring to MK Raiden as "Thunder God", and MG Raiden as "Jack".

That being said, voting for Thunder God. Low-Godly regen counters Jack's dura negation, teleportation and ranged attacks can help if he gets overwhelmed in CQC, and Thunder God is waaaaay more experienced (The event in which he sealed Shinnok into his amulet is stated to have happend "millions of years ago"), with some of his more notable opponents being ninjas themselves, so I doubt Thunder God will be out of his element while fighting Jack.
