Yeah, in my opinion, Regular Raichu has slightly more advantages, because Alolan Raichu isn't actually likely to use its Psychic powers for Psychic attacks; It uses its Psychokinesis to float on its tail like a surfboard, telekinetically manipulate electricity, & make its thunderbolts into star shapes.

Actually, no. The Psychic points still hold water for me, but the arguments for mainland Raichu hold a lot of water as well.

I'm voting Inconclusive. I believe this whole deal really can go either way. It's all a matter of who uses what and when and how.
