Not necessarily a soul hax, but it definitely is a hax of some kind, since it basically ignores durability, BUT, assuming that he drains life energy through the Bio-Leech, he is going to have to maintain physical contact, and with a guy with Ragna's level of skill, that's not gonna be easy.

His more restraining abilities should help out, and I was thinking more something like Ionic Drain. Karmic Overcharge basically allows him to electrocute everything around him. Tornadoes don't help either

I guess Ionic Drain would help with the rounds with Evil Cole, but I'm not sure about the rounds with Good Cole.

I was thinking more Ionic Freeze seriously immobilizing Ragna. Also once again... I have fallen to a glitch.

That could possibly work, but don't forget, Ragna's faced off against ice users before. This is seriously gonna be an uphill battle for Cole.
