Raditz Moon durability

Just want to start this debate. Doesn't matter when i'm always reading Raditz being Moon Level durability because he blocked Goku's Kamehameha but he already tanked a real moon busting attack from Piccolo. It looks like Piccolo was using his full power against raditz in the desert and he used that blast to blow up the moon. Who agrees ?

I want to show that he was tanking that blast from Piccolo which destroyed the moon because i've never seen anyone used this feat in any debate about Raditz.

Raditz is way above moon level durability because a moon busting attack scratched his leg hair, so Raditz's leg hair durability>>>>>>>>moon's.
