Fist has decades of martial arts experience and a decent level of regen, but I’m not sure if he can really stand up to Fleetway’s speed and defenses. He’d have to hit someone faster than him plus break through his shields. Fleetway also has flight and homing attacks on his side.

Fleetway starts the fight with 100 rings, all three of the Elemental Shields, Invincibility, and Speed Shoes, meaning that he is upscaling from characters who upscale from characters who no-sell 15 Kilotons. His durability is upscaling even higher from this because of Invincibility, and his AP and Durability can go even higher with Rage Power. Fleetway's opening moves are lasers, tornadoes, and homing attacks. What does All Might start with?

Erm, actually he is more like Star and Stripe than All Might

Mainly just using his immense skill & Electric Knuckles to pummel opponents

A big help that Inhuman Fist has is that he has been a crime fighter for years and has faught dozens to hundreds of diffrent people with all sorts of diffrent abilities, so a lot of the stuff he's seeing in this match isn't new to him. Fleetway is crazy powerful though. I don't really see Inhuman Fist managing to win this, though he has better LS so maybe restraignin Sonic could work? Idk
