Quick question on potential "light speed" feat

Around here would it be considered FTL reactions if a character was able to perceive light and tell when light changed direction or for example the could tell that all the light coming from the sun changed direction and if for example in game you could see the light move (Rather than it looking like the world does normally)

Well, anyone can percieve light and the direction of it (it's why mirrors and refracted lens work), so that's not really a feat.

However, if said person can percieve the individual photons, or percieves light as if it's moving in slow motion, or can move out of the way of a beam of sunlight before it touches him, that would be faster than light.

It is vizually show this way, it comes from mission 19 of DMC1 in were Dante goes to the Mirror World and while not shown in the gif he can examine the sun and notes that the light is flowing back into it and that some physics are reversed here. Just wondering if this could be used to give Dante FTL reactions in some way.

I doubt it. Basically majority of people can tell the general derection where is light going from.
