Yet another magician I decided to add a random abillity to, due to noticing a random event randomly.
Magica De Spell (2017) should get Teleportation. As can be seen here, Magica moves from the window to behind Scrooge and Lena in a bolt of energy. This is absolutely not the Flight capabilities that she shows elsewhere, where she just hovers in the air most of the time, but a sudden shift in placement where the others barely had time to register where she was before she trapped them in an energy cage.
