how come a countable infinite amount of universes more specifically universes with no time flow or things like that are more than a 4D structure for example a space-time continuum. how could a countable infinite amount of 3d structures = 4D? why doesnt destroying infiinite amount of a certain 3d structure like galaxies solar systems and planets dont follow suit in being 4d
Wouldn't it make more sense if it was an uncountable infinite amount of universes? and why would it not make sense if it doesnt? why doesn't an uncountable infinite amount of universes/3d structure= low 2c instead of 2a and on the other hand why is it not handled in the same way in the sense of how a uncountable infinite amount of a 4d structures= low 1c

It...doesn't.
Destroying countably infinite 3D spaces is only High 3-A. It is still 3D.

Only when if it is uncountably infinite 3D space does it reach the level of 4D.

This is even stated in the tiering system:

High 3-A:
Characters or objects that demonstrate an infinite amount of energy on a 3-D scale, such as creating or destroying infinite mass, or those who can affect an infinite 3-D space. This extends to an infinite number of finite or infinite-sized 3-D universes or pocket dimensions when not accounting for when not accounting for any higher dimensions or time. Large numbers of infinite 3-D universes, unless causally closed from one another by a separate spacetime or existence, only count for a higher level of this tier. Being “infinitely” stronger than this level, unless uncountably so, does not qualify for any higher tier.

And this is all exactly how it works:

Uncountably infinite 3D space = an uncountable infinite number of finite-sized or infinite-sized 3D structures = Low 2-C
Countably infinite 4D structures = 2-A
Uncountably infinite 4D structures = Low 1-C
