Probably a silly question, a structure that contains an uncountable amount of 4D universes is Low 1-C (5D), so a structure containing an uncountable amount of Low 1-C structures would be 6D?

An uncountably infinite amount and an uncountable amount are two different things. An uncountable amount is 2-B, but an uncountably infinite amount is Low 1-C (5D), and yes an uncountably infinite amount of Low 1-C (5D) structures is 6D.

I agree, uncountably infinite amound and uncountable amount are different things. While one gives the higher dimensionality, the other is not even infinity.
