Questions about Gilgamesh's speed and Hax

I haven't played the games, so I don't know whether Gil's MFTL+ speed comes from his ship or just straight up travel speed. I've seen a lot argue that he is not MFTL+ in reaction time and combat speed because of that and also argue that he would have to get on his ship first.

Also, in regards to his resistance that are listed on his page, are those all applicable passively or are they usable through an ability of some sort?

Lastly, In-character, does Gil dislike using his clairvoyance and precog in battle?

He has a ship that's MFTL+, but he himself is MFTL+. He can achieve that speed without using the "Ship of Light". That is why his reaction and combat speed are MFTL+.

In Extra CCC he is willing to use everything at his disposal, including Sha Nagba Imuru.
