Question: What is with BFDI’s AP (and Range, but to a lesser degree)?

So, let’s just jump straight into the question. Why do some contestants, like 8-Ball, have 33.76 ExaFoe listed on their AP while other contestants, like Remote, only have 16.88 ExaFoe? Shouldn’t they all have 16.88 Exa due to scaling to the Starry Sky feat? Also, some other contestants don’t even have AP directly listed on their profile, so that raises some more questions from me.

Also, why do limbless contestants like 8-Ball and Black Hole have Elasticity mentioned on their range when they don’t have any limbs? That is just very strange to me.
