Question about tier 0

to be tier 0 you just need to transcend something high 1-A, or is there another way to reach that tier?
You have to transcend High 1-A in the same manner that High 1-A transcends 1-A. Or destroy a structure whose size is equivalent to whatever mathematics define Tier 0 currently.

So hypothetically if a character ate a Berkeley cardinal (which to them is perceived as just a normal apple) would that make them tier 0?

If this Berkeley cardinal referred to something existing in reality like the amount of planes of existence/dimensions making up a structure or even a set of 0-dimensional points then sure.

Else, this makes as much sense as eating 69 granting a tier.

No, unless said cardinal exists on reality with an actual size pertaining to it
Fair enough, so if it meets the size standards and the character exists in a reality where the cardinal is seen as mere fruit only then will that character be tier 0, correct?

Gosh I'm immature that actually made me chuckle.

Well that mathematic need to be the underlying force or something similar that make up the reality and structure of the object you destroy
