Question about tier 0

I have question about tier 0
I don't understand why one verse can have more than one character from 0 tier
How that possible ?

I am not against the idea
But it is somewhat surprising that there are more than 0 characters in the verse
The reason is a question about what is the relationship between two personalities 0 in the world and how the powers of each character overlap
How can each character be omnipotent?
In short, it means the nature of the relationship between two level 0 characters in the same verse

The tier itself is boundless, because it has no upper limit.
The characters within it, technically, are not boundless.

It's a little confusing.

I read in the tiering system and I see that the tier have no limit and can Extend to higher levels

Tier 0 no longer means omnipotence. Its just another tier here, albeit one without an upper limit. You can have 2, 3 or even infinite Tier 0s in a single setting.

I remember ultima and darkmash saying its high 1A during the persona thread but didn't ask further into it.

Sounds like it. Given the amount of policy change, it wouldn't surprise me if we someday look back at today as if we were stupid.

There's no limit to the number of dimensions a structure can have IIRC so it can get to even High 1-A if you stretch it. That said, no one in fiction is probably beyond absolutely every possible dimensional structure to that degree so it's lowballed as far as I understand it.

Not really. Previously that was an arbitrary measure to be in said tier, but right now, something that is really meaningful is to be specific regarding the power level beyond Tier 2.
 
We're still in the process of either revising or removing it.
