Question about this teleportation

So Satou has a teleportation ability which is Unit Arrangement which allows him to teleport anywhere in the multiverse.But there's a realm called Gods Realm where it is impossible even for unit arrangement to reach, but a teleportation spell called World Teleportation can reach this place.

What would be the range of this World teleportation?

Multiverse level I believe.

If I can teleport the same places the Unit can and even a place the Unit couldn't it's still have the same range, Just one higher.
