Question about Range

So say a character has teleportation (or portal creation/dimensional travel) allowing them to go anywhere within all universes which there are infinite of, what range do they have with it? Interdimensional or Multiversal+

I figured that you only get Multiversal+ range if you affect an entire 2-A structure with your attacks and just being able to go any of the universes within an infinite set of them would only be Interdimensional. Is this correct?

Yes, if a character can attack or travel anywhere wants in the 2-A multiverse, then this character has interdimensional range.

Affecting the entire 2-A structure grants you Multiversal+ range.
