Question about post visored training Ichigo's speed.

Why is his base speed considered mach 873? the only reason given is he kept up with hiroyi during training. and her reasoning is presumably keeped up with Bankai hollow mask Ichigo during training.

so why is his base speed being scaled to someone fighting him with hollow mask and bankai?

When Ichigo first underwent Hollowfication training he was fighting each of the Visored for 10 minutes while in Bankai and Hollowfying. This includes Hiyori, seeing as she didn't die she scales in speed.

After this, Ichigo begins his actual training for a month straight and part of that training was Base Ichigo having to fight Hiyori going all out.

So, Post-Visored Training Base Ichigo scales to Hiyori who was scaling to Pre-Visored Training Hollowfying Bankai Ichigo.
