Question about MWI

As far as I know, MWI (Many-worlds interpretation) only gives 2-A. someone tells me it gives High 1-B because it is connected to Hilbert Space. Which Tier does MWI give, why does it not give High 1-B, and what can I say to someone who claims to give High 1-B?

Which Tier does MWI give,
At least 2-B. Most of the time it gives 2-A.
why does it not give High 1-B,
Because what is represented in fiction is usually very limited. For example, worlds are created when a being does an action. This in itself is very limited to reach High 1-B because in the end the number of worlds generated is not in the order of higher infinities.
and what can I say to someone who claims to give High 1-B?
It depends on the case. If it is based on quantum mechanisms and Hilbert spaces then yes it is High 1-B.
