Question about Magi NEP

However, the scan doesn't mention gods or anything? And if I remembering the arc correctly, that place isn't the inside of a God?

In any case, the description + plus scan imo is very vague and can simply be incorporeality instead of NEP.

So, my question is, how/why is this NEP? Just a little confused here, that's all.
