Beast isn't even 2x faster than Qrow...

Qrow's Semblance would give Beast quite a bit of trouble as well
 
Also, what is Beast's knowledge on combat? I'm not too familiar with x-men but i have seen him fight a few times. I know he has a genius intellect and studies many different sciences but i was wondering if his combat knowledge was as extensive.
 
He's a member of the X-Men, he's obviously got quite the combat experience. Although his intelligence isn't oriented in that direction.
 
iirc Beast recieved a bit of combat training from Captain America but yeah his intellect is more conventional than combat-based, whereas Qrow has 15-20 years of combat experience and is skilled enough in combat to not only be a professional veteran huntsman, but to be one of Ozpin's inner circle of elites.
 
Then I think Qrow takes this due to more combat experience, I believe his weapon would give him a big advantage over beast, and his semblance will undoubtedly give Qrow the opening he needs to finish beast off.
 
Yeah i'll go Qrow, 20+ years of combat experience fighting hordes of monsters for a living coupled with the passive ability to cause bad luck for your enemies trumps book smarts and a potential takeover of feral instincts any day.
