However, weather or not it's official is slightly questionable, as when he released it, the writer Kenji Oda was not part of Compile, even if he was prior. But at the same time very single plot point there was at the very least considered at some point for official Puyo Puyo games. Even actual members of the Puyo Puyo team have no idea weather or not it's official, seemingly lacking a way to confirm or deny it as official.
