well that's via boosting her self which she is still normally 8-C and will one-shot psylocke

Psylocke herself needs an upgrade. Her tk was stated to be greater than Rachel. Also she does not need to amped. All psylocke has to do is manipulate her mind, so she can't use her powers. A simple psi stab or tk bubble to the brain will end her.
