i feel like this is a matter on who shoots first, due to scarlet having a massive ap advantage, while mob can kill her just as easily due to shit durability

Scarlet doesnt outright kill in character, but this version of Mob does. So yeah, he might take this, but I dont know if Scarlet's shields are passive or not. If she needs to activate them, then Mob just TKs her with a thought the moment the battle starts

1.Are her shields passive? if yes,this is a stomp as Mob has 0 ways of hurting her.

2.Is her TK tought based in this version, or still requires hand gestures or projecting energy towards the target?

Because Mob has instant tought based TK and will twist her head and limbs off instantly,given his bloodlust and her poor durability without shields.

Scarlet Witch's sheilds aren't passive, and she needs gesturing for her powers iirc.

Which means she fares poorly against being twisted into a pretzel with a thought.

Nor is it in-character for her to rip people apart.

Scarlet has ways to win this, none of which are fast enough to kill Mob before he thought-based TKs her to death.

This is either extremely decisive or a stomp.

People are so incredibly inconsistent with these types of wins I can't tell

On one hand people complained that Luke Skywalkers wins are Stomps and all of them got removed (Kirby got re added however)

On the other hand this is the only time that has happened, and no other "quicker on the draw" matches are considered

So I have no clue.
