Prometheus is around 9.8 Kilograms via comparable to The Flash who can do this. While Kenichi is casual 21.646 kilograms via Berserker's feat. So Kenichi has advantage on Ap here.
Prometheus has advantage wit range via weapons. But Kenichi used to fight weapon wielders from Yomi before. Plus he was trained by Shigure who is a weapon master. So he should know well about how to handle an opponent with weapons.
Kenichi is also has some useful techniques with ki, like Inner Eye which paces the opponent's and memorizes their attack pattern in order for him to react before the opponent can.
So Kenichi should win here.
