Promestei has High-Godly Regenerationn though which Vecna has no feat of bypassing though. Whether he can on not is up to the Regenerationn CRT conclusion.

1. If you read it, the High-Godly is only possibly and shouldn't even be Regenerationn. What she does have is Type 8. Word for word.

2. I didn't say Skeleton killed her. Even though Vecna can neg both Type 8 and Mid-Godly, both of which are on the profile, I only said he thinks because the number of incapaciation methods are innumerable.
