@Elizhaa

Thank you.

@DontTalkDT

That should probably be fine, yes. I made a few minor spelling corrections though.

"Note that not all shaking can be equated with an earthquake, and it should be made certain that the area affected is realistic to the magnitude assumed" should also do.

Or if you'd prefer Dont's version a little better wording could be:

"Shaking a minor area should not be assumed to automatically translate to an earthquake. Either a large area being shaken or evidence that we are dealing with something earthquake-like and not just some minor shaking would be needed."

Repeated frequency of the same 'shaking' is also important overall but then again that's more obviously an earthquake at that point

This version seems fine to me.

Thanks. Should we apply that then?

Mostly some lower tier rankings that only effect a one room area.

I inserted it on the earthquake calculations page.

I guess it's best to mention it in the chart as well, so I will put the text in the notes there.

Okay. Thank you for helping out. I appreciate it.

I guess stuff like in Barney's case remains simply unquantificable?

As I have an strong feeling that there could be a way to do a proper calc to it to get AP.

I think he did have '''Wall level''' stuff from what I loosely heard.

Not really, the thing he scaled to before the earthquake findings was falling to a pile of straws which likely doesn't even get beyond tier 10.

Again, is there a way to calculate the AP needed to shake something including the inflicted area instead of using the "standard" chart for "actual" earthquakes?

All that's left is for Barney the Dinosaur's AP to be replaced with the next best feat/calc.

Okay. Should I close this thread then?

Bob wants to know if there's a way to calc feats that this thread invalidated. I'm not sure if that's a topic belonging in this thread or not.

Well, it probably doesn't belong, but I suppose that we could wait with closing the thread anyway.
