Would it be fine to scale stuff to the original canon?

Namely because I would like to do profiles for multiple sorts of Fakémon like Chancer or Syclant, but I'm not sure if using the tierings of VSBW to scale them off is fine.

For example, if this is allowed, Hanginy is 8-C by scaling to other baby Pokémon like Happiny, while most fully evolved stuff like Syclant goes to 7-A by scaling to fully evolved Pokémon.

Ah, so. Yeah... I was looking for pictures to use on Dream's page, and found one. I hasted and uploaded it without looking at the LARGE AS LIFE LINE at the bottom saying "Do not repost". So, I do not want to violate anything, so this image is better to be deleted, right? But I don't know how.
