Giorno would probably trump Jolyne by having hax whilst jolyne has none. Bruno would probably beat Hermes by being stronger and having better hax plus intelligence. Foo Fighters probably beats Mista by being able to heal itself from wounds while Mista can't, also is just stronger. Between Annasui and Narancia im gonna go with Annasui. Firstly Diver Down ***** narancia in hth and Id go ahead and say Annassui being smarter gets him close enough to ko. Between Weather and Fugo id go with Weather, mostly because his Weather Manipulation seems like itd be more useful in this situation and could potentially fend of PH's disease manipulation too. So The Prison Gang probably wins. No idea for the team vs team thing though

Agree with the specific fight outcomes. Not for those exact reasons but the outcome I do.
Giorno>Jolyne.
Bruno>Ermes.
FF>Mista.
Anasui>Abbachio.
Weather>Fugo.
Although in a all out brawl, only reason why Part 6 would win is Weather. If not for him Part 5 takes it kinda easy even if Abbachio is deadweight and Mista gets outclassed hard. Bruno, Giorno, Fugo all kinda broke ass and Fugo can easily take care of FF, which would be the only Stand other then Weather that can get around GE and SF.
