Predator/AVP comics, novels and games

This site considers all (or most) of this to be canon to the Predators films, but is that really the case? Do the film directors take all of this into account? Are there any major contradictions? The only game I know is canon is Hunting Grounds.

I don't know anything about novels and comics, but at least Capcom's arcade of AvP from what I know was based on a draft for a movie adaptation of a comic (convoluted, I know) which was then scrapped, leaving the game as a stand-alone thing. So, afaik, it's not part of anything if not its own enclosed canon.
