Pre-World War Kakashi Hatake vs Early Game Ren Amamiya

Ren doesn't really have an "in-character" starting move, so it's tough to say what he'll go for first. On the other hand, Kakashi doesn't go for Kamui right away, so Ren will quickly switch to a Persona that nulls/reflects/absorbs electricity-based attacks as soon as he sees the Raikiri variants, making them useless.
His persona switching is effectively instant, so he can negate Fire, Wind and Lightning release as soon as he reacts to them, even reflect them back at Kakashi or absorb their energy to refill his HP. This also applies to Taijutsu and physical projectiles, so Kakashi can't even take him in standard combat despite his superior skill and Sharingan precog.
Ren also has buff skills to amp his speed and attack power, plus Kakashi would be hard-pressed to evade his AOE attacks. Then there's his Power Null via Makajama, which would prevent Kakashi from using any ninjutsu at all.
I'm voting Ren via greater versatility and hax.
