Wally can ignore conventional dura via atom phasing he literally can rip out supes brain or heart out by vibrating his atoms so fast. Not to mention he can steal all of supes kenetic energy turning him into a statue permanently unable to even blink or do anything that requires kinetic motion. All before supes even precives what happen or a nueron fires off in his brain to tell his eyes to react to wally. You don't put wally against anyone who doesn't have a way to ignore hax or bypass his hax.

^Because Archie. Literally, that's all I need to say. Honestly, I don't know why Archie has victories over PC Supes and Wally. It's a massive stomp. If Goku can get his removed, so should characters that are weaker than him.

^ I was watching Umineko, and the ppl there were like crazy. like seriously they just reset time over and over again like it's nothing while resurrecting the dead, and not even dying when they get killed in the real world. kind of like how a chess piece gets reused for the next game no matter how many times it's taken

Kind of why I dislike the VN, along with I/O and Demonbane (I dislike Umineko the least. It used to be the most hated on my list). Too OP, hax to the max, and everyone is T1. But Flash can MAYBE beat the weakest incarnation of Eva.

I/O I never seen before lol, not going to do it just because they have high tiers, doesn't matter to me if they are human tier or god tier as long as the story is good.

Umineko, I only watched because of how good HIgarashi was. Higarashi was still better though since Umineko is incomprehensible in many ways. I was like why is battler even fightning and what counts as a score? Dying does nothing because they just reset the board after each game. kind of like life and death are "two sides of the same coin which can just be flipped"

Post crisis flash has better speed feats and pre crisis actually the speed fear which sets the flash so damn high is from post crisis to began with. Also depends on what flash your talking about pre-crisis is mostly Barry who's far weaker than wally who took over after Barry's death. Barry didn't come back till like the end of post crisis into new 52. Even if you gave supes the sword of superman he requires a head start to reach speeds that would even allow him to surpass post crisis wally even than he has deal with speed steal and not to mention wally simply dumping him into the speed force where none beings who can't control the speed force experience rapid aging till they decay if they don't escape in time.
