What wouId an abiIity that robs a being of their resistance be?
Its not just Iike normaI resistance negation where an attack bypasses resistance but once the attack is done, the character's resistance return to normaI. In this specific case, it robs the target of its resistance entireIy, incIuding resistance to resistance negation and power nuIIification, making aII attacks work on him.

Iayered resistance negation? or maybe some unconventional form of it? Those were some that came to mind, but I wanted to confirm them.

That's still resistance negation, just one more permanent compared to one that bypasses resistance

No Existence Severing Entity would be affected by the weavings of Existence of another. Any semblance of damage would be nullified, any causality would be destroyed, and any cause and effect, destiny, or karma would be severed! They could distort how their existence experienced time. They could close their eyes as a Cycle passed outside, and only a moment would have passed for them. If their existence was powerful enough, they could experience a whole cycle with their existence while only a second passed outside! They wouldn't be affected by anything other than their own Existence.

Depends on the context. It can be Law Manipulation, Logic Manipulation, Conceptual Manipulation, Information Manipulation, etc.

Information Type 2 is the fundamental information of reality, which, depending on the verses, can be above concepts and laws. Apart from this I can't say much for now, I will research eventually.

This reaction should have been something opposable, but it happened as smoothly as it could as for the two Ultimate Laws of Life and Death, the two were one and the same! Two sides of the same coin!

Maybe. It depends on the specifics. A duality is not a relationship like the one between fire and water, it's a relationship like the one between fire and not fire or water and not water. However, opposites are sometimes portrayed as dualities in fiction.
