Base Level - City Burster(CB)
Eg. Blackbeard from One piece is a continent burster , so he gets 1000cbs(a continent have roughly 1000 cities)
Similiarly any planet buster will get 10,000 CBs
Feel free to add your character and add points, No omnipotents, Each charater can attack only once, No preparation, Raw attack power, No props( except those which are ALWAYS with the characters), characters are not fighting each other, this is a sheer power level comparision.
