Also according to here, Silver stated they needed the chaos emeralds to "match" his power and Eggman stated he helped metal sonic reach his "peak form" hence the potential 1-C that was brought about on this thread.

I think that's enough for a likely. Maybe a possibly. When used in tandem with the fact an Emerald seemed "pretty drained"

Imo, I think Super Neo should just scale to Base Character's when using the Master Emerald. And have a potentially 1-C with Chaos Emeralds rating.

So: 2-C with Master Emerald (Reasoning), possibly up to 1-C with Chaos Emeralds (Reasoning).

I do not at all agree Super Neo in IDW is Tier 1 in any shape or form (Not even a possibly).

So just put me down for whatever fits that.

The thread is to make him potentially 1-C because he's using the emeralds in Roblox, yes. That's the main proposal. There's no need for a "possibly" since potentially already covers it.

I didn't even realize no staff came here. Well, if staff approve we can just revert the revertions and apply the abilities.

But since it's a rule violations to change stats without getting crt evaluated by staff so I have to take this in rvt.

You removed a bunch of stuff that was actually accepted in other threads. Like the multi-stellar lifting strength or the High 3-A downgrade and the specification to what universes he scales in 2-C and when.

No, part of it was from this CRT, part of it was from this one. The parts from that CRT were the ones involving Modern Metal's base key and lifting strength.

the edits that i reverted were mixed with this crt and the other one too so it needs a manual revision now, i am not sure what were the revision those were which accepted, so if anyone of you are willing to fix it i would appreciate that, since I am not knowledge on verse.

I’ll revert it when the staff agree to this thread, I’m pretty confident it will happen considering that it’s just applying something to Metal’s super form that we already do with every other super form without concrete 1-C levels.

Metal Overlord is gonna be downgraded at some point.

But yeah he’s already tier 1, didn’t think it would need another 3 votes for a change that seems rather small but here we are.
