His super form key AP description doesn't mention "potentially" 1-C, and his justification isn't the Roblox fight but the fact he can use the emeralds and has Sonic and Shadow's biodata so he can potentially reach the peak of Super forms. His hax key is also missing the full power super form haxes that other pages like Amy or Tails have, which he should have at peak due to having Sonic and Shadow's biodata.

Pretty sure this thread is finished. The only thing left is to maybe add Neo Metal "higher in peak form" to his base description (and link the Super Sonic fight).

The CTR looks promising but...why didn't they consult that from the staff before applying the changes?
I understand that profiles below Low 1-C are open because "mmm they are not so high levels so to speak" anyway, they should call the staff here, and you will take care of making the changes when it is accepted, it is not difficult at all you know?
Just as a bonus and in case you don't remember, It is necessary to 3 staff members.

Sure, I think the change should be relatively uncontroversial due to this already being accepted on other Sonic profiles and it explicitly being a different method than IDW’s super Neo, using chaos energy from the Emeralds, so it prolly only needs one, 2 staff max

Pretty sure I’ve seen uncontroversial tier 1 threads get only 1 staff, plus we straight up have other super forms with a potential 1-C already, this would just be another one.

I asked some staff to take a look, but no one wrote. This is a minor addition because Metal Sonic already had the 1-C key. We have delivered a lower version to 1-C. (I love Super Neo Metal more so what???) does it still require staff approval?

Every CRT requires staff approval. You can't just apply stuff even if they don't come here after being called. Actual minor/self evident stuff require 1 staff approval, other things require 2 staff approvals and tier 1/controversial things require 3. Now im not so sure about this one cus its a Tier 1 thing but its not that major.

Yeah, I didn’t realize we didn’t have staff approval, and I’d love to revert the changes if Metal’s profile was open. But it might be better to see if staff approves, either way Metal will get changed cuz there’s other Metal centric additions from other threads.

Imo, I think Super Neo should just scale to Base Character's when using the Master Emerald. And have a potentially 1-C with Chaos Emeralds rating.
So: 2-C with Master Emerald (Reasoning), possibly up to 1-C with Chaos Emeralds (Reasoning).
I do not at all agree Super Neo in IDW is Tier 1 in any shape or form (Not even a possibly).
So just put me down for whatever fits that.

You missed the tier 1 stats in his Super Neo Metal Sonic key. And the key that had High 3-A changes was accepted in a separate CRTwas informed that @JJSliderman as implemented a revision based on this crt which was not accepted by any staff so I have reverted it back, if I am missing anything else please inform me

Super Neo Metal only has the potential 1-c rating because of his combined bio data of sonic and shadow and thus should know how to reach that levels of power because of it, also that version of super neo metal uses the chaos emeralds not the master emerald which at it's peak have a 1-c rating. he should also have Silver's bio data too for supporting evidence but I'll wait to hear what others have to say

That clip is from Rivals 2... He doesn't have Silver's data currently because he had it in a game like 2 decades old. Going by that logic, he should have already had Knuckles and Shadow's data too due to previous statements.
I can agree with Chaos Emeralds empowered Super Neo possibly being 1-C. IDW Super Neo, no way. Too many anti-feats. Unless there's statements Super Sonic was using full power in the Roblox game tho, not sure if I'd say it's concrete enough for flat-out scaling.

Mhmmmm I suppose this is true, but yeah in this context I think IDW super neo is different from SSS super neo metal because he acchieved the super form from different means, the argument was, because he has Sonic and Shadow's biodata, he should know how to achieve the chaos emeralds highest level of power.
Also according to here, Silver stated they needed the chaos emeralds to "match" his power and Eggman stated he helped metal sonic reach his "peak form" hence the potential 1-C that was brought about on this thread.
what do you think of this?
