It seems to rain because of her, also; I think it is a minor storm with 1 Kj/Kg instability and 1*1016 J, from Standard Storm Calculations. So, I think the tier is at Low 7-B.

Not a calc guy, but I'm guessing that'd probably be within the tier 8/7 range. Although it wouldn't really scale to anything, at best maybe Environmental Destruction? Probably just hax. You need some proof that it'd scale to her AP which I don't think Tamamo has.

Yeah, but you'd need to prove that this can apply to her other statistics. Considering that I doubt there's anything more going on in depth about her creating that rain, and that I'm pretty sure there's nothing else even close to this shown, this wouldn't scale to pretty much anything.

From my perspective, I believe the feat would be Environmental Destruction unless there more context of her magic scaling to her others tiering statistics.

It should either be under environmental destruction, or the better option in my opinion, just be weather manip hax with no number attached to it.
