Minor Gakkou Gurashi Upgrade

This will be simple.

I propose to upgrade Kurumi and anyone who scales from her from Tier 10-A to 9-C. The reason is simple Kurumi struggled with a zombie. Live Action zombies can rip off limbs, shatter the glass of doors, take down doors, and survive full-power Baseball bat blows.

Also, Miki was trying to escape from the High School using a car which implies she can drive. Kurumi also can drive, which is Vehicular Mastery for both of them.
