Possible tier for Candeloro

I was thinking, can we rate Candeloro as "at least 7-B"? We don't know when the alternative timeline of PMMM portable takes place, but we know that it's after the first one.

And in the first timeline, Madoka was able to solo Walpurgisnacht at the cost of her own life. Also, she should be far superior to Mami, who is low 7-B. And as far as stats goes Mami>Homura so it would make sense if it was Candeloro>Homulilly

Hmmm normally that would make sense, however, Homulily is... a special case when it comes to witches, outside of the fact that she is the only sentient, transforming, uber witch that came from an extremely weak magical girl, it would mean that anyone with higher stats (Like Sayaka), would have stronger witch forms than Homura but that wouldn't work.

Right, I haven't thought about this. What about the other point (Madoka being able to kill WN since the first timeline but Candeloro being able to defeat a stronger Madoka)? Granted, I don't think that Candeloro>Walpurgisnacht, but she could be somewhat comparable.

Actually, contrary to popular belief, I believe only the non-canon manga has 1st timeline Madoka defeating Walpurgis. In canon, only 3rd timeline Madoka and above could actually defeat Walpurgis.

Then again, isn't Candeloro a boss that can be fought and defeated by Madoka in any timeline? If so, then it would more likely be game mechanic based than anything. (Though I'm okay with "At least Low 7-B, likely 7-B)
