It took the Ginew Force 5 days from Namek to Planet Freeza 79 (we know they used similar models of pod and it's likely both of them used maximum speed)

Now, we now Namek is NOT in the North Galaxy we will assume thus the distance Goku made is a megaparserc. Hence the average distance L the ship Goku took made is
