Possible GER addition

Found this by accident when working on my Stands blog. The second sentence is what I'm talking about here.


If it's meant to be universally like this, does this mean Soul Manipulation can apply to GER? It isn't on there, so I thought it'd be interesting to talk about.

I think it's more about the fact that their abilities overwhelms all the living souls and type of energies [Like ripple] in general like what happened to Diavolo.

Hell if i know, but I think Requiem is referring to SCR as they commonly call it Requiem as its name in which case it's true, it's power is soulfucking.
