Possible Galeem upgrade into 2-C?

If Galeem is able to reach Bayonetta into Purgatorio and kill her, doesn't that mean that he basically destroyed Purgatorio too, which is stated as a parallel universe? And if that's the case, doesn't that mean that Galeem should satisfy the 2-C requirement, upgrading him from Low 2-C?

You should link the interview, and we rejected this before as it just meant that it wouldn't make sense for Bayonetta to survive given that beings from Purgatorio got reached by the attack. In any case, reach Purgatorio and some bengs in it=/=destroy Purgatorio.

This would be an upgrade to his range at the least. But if he didn't destroy the Purgatorio then it doesn't count.
