Nukes aren't neccecarily City level, only the absolute absolute strongest modern nukes show that level

For example, the Nagasaki and Hiroshima nukes are "only" Town lvl

Well, I admit that it is a rough approximation. But it isn't really any more reliable to assume that she is Town level either, and it would be extremely controversial if we start to downgrade all of the Marvel characters that are scaled from her.

That should be okay, but I do not personally have the time and energy to adjust all of the Marvel profiles that have been scaled from her.
