I do remember when Popeye used to be Low 2-C, which does sound more believable than the Tier 1 or High 2-A stuff at least. But the Star Constellation one was agreed to be his most reasonable showing. The "Dimensional" stuff is flowery language, and 4th wall breaking feats aren't Tier 2. However, I did here Popeye defeating the creator of his universe might be legit, but no one seemed to have a source for it. I do miss DarkAnine as he was going to make a revision on Popeye, but he's sadly left the wiki.

Yeah no. If he's stated to be 7D but the way he's portrayed contradicts how a higher-dimensional being should behave, then tier 1 ain't gonna happen.

i saw this one clip of popeye breaking the film strip but this was multiple popeyes i think
